Project Highlights The Luter Family YMCA was a brick addition to an existing school building that had earlier been renovated into a YMCA. The design by Rancorn Wildman was a 34,000 square foot addition including a natatorium, locker facilities, a wellness area and other office spaces. Construction also included renovation to the existing facility which remained in operation the entire duration of the project. Henderson, Inc. also managed all associated site development including utilities and the tennis court construction.
