The 1st Advantage Federal Credit Union Operations Facility is a 55,000 SF, 3-story facility used as an operations facility / headquarters, branch location, training areas and classrooms.
Henderson, Inc. provided construction management services, was the general contractor on the project and also self-performed the site and utility development. The project included two and one-half story columns on the front and the sides of the building as well as ribbon glazing that aggressively changes texture and form from the foundation to the roofline.
This project is located on a constricted site where Henderson had minimal laydown area and limited access. The site is also a highly urban area and safety and security concerns received special attention.
