Henderson participated in Clara Byrd Baker Elementary School’s Career Fair for fourth and fifth graders on Monday, January 30th. Vice President Mike Van Sickel and Marketing Coordinator Laura Coletrane spoke to approximately 200 students about careers in the construction industry and the education required. They also spoke to the students about school subjects like math, science, language arts, technology, and art that were important in the industry. The students all talked about their favorite subjects and how they personally could get involved in construction. The experience was very rewarding and Henderson looks forward to participating again in the future.
