Mr. Strack started his construction career literally from the ground up. After high school he discovered a passion and talent for construction and he excelled in infrastructure and utility work. Joining Henderson in 1995 as a Foreman, his passion and leadership played an integral role in advancing Henderson site work capabilities. He has served Henderson in the roles of superintendent, project manager, vice president and in 2007 joined the family as an owner. Through a well structured leadership and succession plan, Bill took over the day to day running of the business as chief operating officer in 2008 and in 2009 was promoted to president. Bill’s leadership and passion for excellence constantly challenge Henderson to grow and develop in the right direction.

In 1979 Pete became President of Henderson, Inc. after his father’s retirement. He continued to lead the general contracting firm to what is now a well known and respected mid-sized GC in our region. His compassion for people as individuals and his ability to motivate those people has been the root of our success. His compassion, combined with the drive to succeed has successfully laid a very strong foundation for future generations. In 2008 Pete became the Chairman of the Board of Henderson.

Jake Liebler provides leadership in all areas of Henderson, and focuses primarily on business development and company finances.

Mrs. Schultz is part of the third generation of Henderson, Inc. and plays an integral role in the future development of the culture and business platform of the company. She is intelligent, passionate for perfection, and strives to make working with Henderson rewarding for everyone. Her responsibilities include: overall building construction operations, project management, business development, superintendent and manpower coordination, oversees finances of Henderson, future planning of company, client contract management, assures project teams meet client expectations, mentor, coach and leader.

Mr. Neilson is an executive with proven success in leadership, client relations, partnering and building trust, business development, negotiations, conflict management, building effective teams and developing direct reports. More than 25 years experience in construction management and general contracting on a wide range of diverse projects. Over 18 years experience on Job Order Contract (JOC), Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts and over seven years of Design-Build experience on numerous DOD facilities. Strong competencies include high levels of integrity and trust, managerial courage, managing and measuring work perseverance, drive for results and problem solving.

Mike Van Sickel brings over thirteen years of experience in the materials and construction industries. From the supply side to construction management through a finished project, Van Sickel believes in utilizing high quality, cost efficient strategies to deliver a product that his company can firmly stand behind. His focus on strategy and business development for Henderson, Inc. includes building upon the solid foundation in place that espouses work ethic, mutual respect, integrity and a dedication to delivering the best product to clients.
