The renovation of the 17,500 SF former Williamsburg Honda building to the new Williamsburg Hyundai provided Henderson, Inc. the opportunity to work with one of our past clients, the Williamsburg Autogroup. The project involved the demolition of an existing facility back to the steel structure and CMU walls. A new exterior of metal wall panels and roof updated the exterior of thirty year-old pre-engineered building to allow for the construction of an updated vehicle showroom, offices, customer lounge, and service center. Working directly with the Owners, Henderson, Inc. completed the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing portion of the work as a Design/Build project in order to fast track the work. The completed facility has allowed the Williamsburg Autogroup to continue to expand its Hyundai sales and service operations.
