Henderson, Inc. is performing all general contracting work as well as the site and utility development on the Presidential Villas at Parkside Resort project in Williamsburg, Virginia. This project is a new construction addition as well as a renovation, all performed while the existing facility is in operation. This project is well underway and is expected to be complete in 2013.

This project consists of renovations to the existing site to include tying into the existing utilities, streetscaping improvements, and the construciton of 11 presidential villas. The villas are separated into three models, the York, the James and the Chesapeake. The James model is a two-story unit totaling 1,768 square feet. The York model is a three-story unit totaling 2,159 square feet. The Chesapeake model is a two-story unity totaling 1,787 square feet. The buildings represent approximately 20,660 square feet and the total site is approximately two acres.

Parkside Resort offers one, two, three and four bedroom units sporting spacious interiors and a Colonial Williamsburg style of architecture.
